Yes, we deliver to interstate and regional Victoria via Australia Post Parcel Service. Your shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout depending on the weight and volume of your purchase. Fresh Produce, Bakery, Fridge and Frozen items cannot be shipped via this service.

We deliver organic fruit and vegetables every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. We'll let you know your delivery day based on your postcode when you proceed to checkout. Weekly or Fortnightly Organic Produce Box subscriptions get free delivery and will be delivered with the routine run. You will receive an email and text message to let you know the estimated time of arrival.

We source our organic fruit and veggies locally, mostly from Victorian growers. Therefore the exact mix of produce will be seasonal and change slightly each week.  The feedback we received is that our smallest option $60 mixed box is great for a family of three. It has many family favorites and staples. You can see all the box options here. When you sign up for a weekly or fortnightly box we send you a Preferred Produce Analysis (PPA) to understand your produce preferences. Our fresh produce team will use these data to pack boxes to prevent you from getting unwanted produce. You can also let us know about your likes and dislikes via the order notes section at the checkout.

Of course you can. You can go to 'Pick your own Fruit' and/or 'Pick your own Vegetable' section and select the organic vegetable and fruit to your liking. We receive fresh produce from growers from 3.30 am until 10 am. Our quality assurance process takes about another 30 minutes until 10.30 am so it's advised to place orders after 10.30 am to receive the best produce available.

You get bunch of benefits by signing up to a subscription organic veggie box. When you subscribe to a weekly or fortnightly subscription you get delivery free of charge. You also get recipe cards, free healthy snacks, sample skincare packs and a lot of freebies. Since we are an established health food retailer you get access to a 4000+ health groceries, natural cleaning products, cosmetics and supplement products as well. You can also add organic milk, freshly baked bread or organic juice and more on to you subscription as well.
