• Traditional Japanese broth with a beautiful “Umami” flavour.
• It can be diluted by up to 16 times.
• The natural broth is produced with selected bonito flakes, shiitake mushrooms and kelp.
• Seasoned with Organic White Soy Sauce which gives a richer taste than regular soy sauce without darkening the colour of the ingredients. 
• Ideal for soups, stews, dressings, dipping sauce for tempura/noodles.
