Directions
To make a warming gluten free porridge, combine the flakes with an equal quantity of brown rice flakes and cover with water or milk. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer gently for 4 – 5 minutes. Stir continually, adding more liquid as necessary to ensure a creamy consistency. Serve with your favourite topping.
