Do You Deliver Interstate or To Regional Victoria?
Dear Interstate Customers,
We would like to let you know that, effective 15 July 2026, Miss Spelts Organics will no longer be offering deliveries to interstate customers.
As part of a broader restructure of our online operations, we have made the difficult decision to focus our delivery services closer to our local community.
While our Australia Post shipping charges are calculated directly using Australia Post's live pricing at checkout, we have experienced significant increases in the overall costs of servicing interstate deliveries. These rising logistics costs have made interstate shipping increasingly unsustainable. Until we are able to identify a more economical long-term solution, we have made the decision to suspend interstate deliveries.
All interstate orders placed on or before 30 June 2026 will be dispatched via TNT, DHL or Australia Post within the first two weeks of July. Any outstanding orders that we are unable to fulfil will be refunded in full.
We will continue to provide delivery services throughout Melbourne's eastern suburbs and remain committed to supplying the same high-quality certified organic products and personalised service to our local community.

What Are The Delivery Days for Organic Fruit & Vegetables?
We deliver organic fruit and vegetables every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. We'll let you know your delivery day based on your postcode when you proceed to checkout. Weekly or Fortnightly Organic Produce Box subscriptions get free delivery and will be delivered with the routine run. You will receive an email and text message to let you know the estimated time of arrival.
What Produce Will I Get In My Organic Fruit & Veggie Box?
We source our organic fruit and veggies locally, mostly from Victorian growers. Therefore the exact mix of produce will be seasonal and change slightly each week. The feedback we received is that our smallest option $60 mixed box is great for a family of three. It has many family favorites and staples. You can see all the box options here. When you sign up for a weekly or fortnightly box we text you a Preferred Produce Analysis (PPA) to understand your produce preferences. Our fresh produce team will use these data to pack boxes to prevent you from getting unwanted produce. You can also let us know about your likes and dislikes via the order notes section at the checkout.
Can I Select What I Want In The Box?
Of course you can. When you subscribe to a weekly or fortnightly box, you will receive a text message before delivery so you can let us know your exclusions and inclusions. If you are a once-off box customer, you can let us know your preference in the 'Order Notes' section. If you want to choose your own amounts, then instead of a produce box, you can go to 'Pick your own Fruit' and/or 'Pick your own Vegetable' section and select the organic vegetables and fruits to your liking.
What are the benefits I get with Organic Fruit & Vegetable Weekly subscription service?
You get bunch of benefits by signing up to a subscription organic veggie box. When you subscribe to a weekly or fortnightly subscription you get delivery free of charge. You also get recipe cards, free healthy snacks, sample skincare packs and a lot of freebies. Since we are an established health food retailer you get access to a 4000+ health groceries, natural cleaning products, cosmetics and supplement products as well. You can also add organic milk, freshly baked bread or organic juice and more on to you subscription as well.
How Can I Contact Miss Spelt's Organic?
We have a dedicated online helpdesk number for online enquiries 1300 459 007. If that's busy or no-one picks up (warehouse hours are different from store hours) you can call our store on 03 5962 6470. You can also email us at info@missspelts.com.au or orders@missspelts.com.au. Someone will be always there to assist you with the query. We operate 7 days a week and only closed for Victorian Public Holidays.
What is the 'Minimum Order Amount'?
We require a minimum order of $60 for online orders to proceed. If your order is below $60, the website will not display shipping methods and will inform you that you need to order more. As a reseller, we have low margins on most products. When you add picking time, packing time, consumable expenses like boxes, padding, tape and labels, it's not worth processing any orders below $60. $60 order minimum is our breakeven point.
