These Organic Popcorn Kernels make a lovely light snack and is quick and easy to prepare. This particular variety of corn has a high hard-starch content that “explodes” through the hull when heated and gives excellent popping results.

To pop, add one dessert spoon of oil and three dessert spoons of corn to a large pan (make sure it has a lid or you could be in trouble!). Heat on medium heat for 1-2 minutes. When the corn starts to pop, shake the pan constantly to ensure all the corn pops and it doesn’t burn. Once the popping stops, remove from heat and enjoy! You can also add a little salt, melted butter or your favourite seasonings.
