Delivery Details & Costs
We try to keep our delivery fees to an absolute minimum, and still offer a convenient, competitively-priced service.
How much does it cost and why?
Domestic Delivery:
Our standard delivery service fee for selected Melbourne suburbs is a flat $9.99 for orders under our minimum spend for free delivery amount of $120.
Customers who resides in postcode 3777 will receive discounted delivery at $5.99 however there is a chance you won’t receive same day delivery option.
Orders above $120 will receive Free Shipping if your address falls within our delivery zones 1,2 and 3. Zone 1 and 2 customers will be given option to choose Same Day and Next Day delivery and depending on the postcode the fees may vary. (Zone specific postcodes TBA)
Our standard delivery window is 6 hours and runs on 2 slots. One in the morning 5 am to 11 am and the other in the afternoon 12 noon to 6 pm. Our order cut off is 12 noon today for next day delivery.
Our delivery fee covers a small part of:
- Website maintenance & customer service – maintaining the range and prices online.
- Staff – shopping for orders takes time and our personal shoppers take care to pick the best fruit and veg in store.
- Service costs – Padding, mailers, packaging items, ice packs for refrigerated items
- Logistics costs – Fuel, vehicle maintenance and other costs

Interstate and/or long distance deliveries:
For everyone outside the 50km radius from our HQ and/or interstate we provide, Australia post regular and express post delivery and Courier 3-5 day service.
Australia Post is a weight-based cost calculator. Your delivery cost may vary depending on service you choose, the number of items, the weight of the items in your cart and shipping address (State). Our Australia Post partnership allows us to deliver goods up to 5Kg country-wide. We will send a tracking reference to you via email, mobile or your Australia Post app so you can track your items.
Courier is a $30 flat fee and you may able to add up to 10Kg is only available to selected suburbs in Melbourne.
Please Note: Any perishable (fruit and veggies), chilled and frozen items cannot be sent via Australia Post or Courier Service and will restrict at the checkout. Customers will be shown a notification at the checkout and will prompt to try again without those products. For successful orders, an email with the tracking reference will be sent to the customer once the shipment is fulfilled.
Disclaimer: When you choose Australia Post or Courier Service please note that estimated time of arrival and condition of goods in transit are out of our control. If you received your product with damages which you believe happened during the transit please email us at info@missspelts.com.au with photos of damage at your earliest convenience. We won’t issue refunds if you haven’t send the notification as soon as you receive the order and until we lodge a claim with the party involved.
Store pick up: We offer store pick up from Healesville.
Healesville click and collect 7 days a week from the address ‘Miss Spelts Organics’ 250, Maroondah Hwy, Healesville VIC 3777.
Order collection is 3 hours from the time customer placed an order.
Where we deem an order is not feasible for us to full-fill, we may cancel it at our discretion, refund the full amount paid and notify the customer.
Fresh organic vegetables, fruit, milk and bread will have estimated arrival dates from growers, bakeries and suppliers. Please follow the schedule described in your product descriptions to receive the freshest produce/products. If you do not wish to miss out or find it hard to keep track of arrival dates, you can subscribe to a weekly order so we make sure we allocate the freshest products to your order as a priority.
