Ingredients
Psyllium husk powder, natural orange flavour, xylitol, stevia(steviol glycosides), citric acid and colouring.
Free from yeast, corn, starch, milk derivatives, gluten, preservatives, artificial flavours.
Directions
Adults: Add 10g, approximately two level 5ml medicinal measuring spoons, to a glass of at least 250ml of cool water. An additional glass of water is helpful.
For new users it is recommended that you begin with one dose every day, gradually increasing to up to two doses per day if required.
Warnings
Use only as directed.
Do not take if you have difficulty swallowing.
If symptoms persist seek medical advice.
Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting is present.
May cause allergic reactions in people sensitive to Psyllium Powder. Always read the label.
