You have the option to exclude up to 3 items from your box and we will replace to the same value with something else. Please let us know your 3 preferences in the ‘Order Notes’ section at the checkout. Replacing items with your favourites is not guaranteed, but we will do our best.

Of course, you can. For example, ginger, coriander, parsley, turmeric, garlic etc comes separately to your main produce box. You can use the search bar at the top left-side corner to find your extras or add more fruit and vegetables to the order.

Weekly or fortnightly orders are easy as 1,2,3. All our subscription options are none contractual, meaning you are not locked into anything and can cancel anytime. If you choose a subscription option there will be a recurring payment from your nominated credit card or Paypal account. You can add organic juice, milk and sourdough bread to your weekly subscription as well. You can update your recurring order by logging to your account and adding products in to the current order. When you select 'add to an existing order' system will reorder the additional item every week so remember to cancel the extras (if you don't want them on subscription) once the delivery has taken place.

You will receive a text message with an estimated time of arrival so if you require any changes you can let us know via the customer portal or email. If you wish to purchase one time only please select the ‘once off’ option.
