Good Fish Salmon is wild Canadian Salmon is preserved in Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Spain and caught by fishermen in a sustainably managed river fishery using only one hook and one line per fish, which ensures the long term availability of the food source.
The salmon is then prepared by hand using Spanish artisan skills. The combination of using top quality fresh ingredients and traditional skills results in a product with outstanding flavour and texture.
