Hippophae rhamnoides (Sea buckthorn) fruit extract 400mg
derived from fresh fruit	29.6g
Hippophae rhamnoides (Sea buckthorn) seed extract 100mg
derived from fresh seed	7.4g
containing not less than:
Omega-3 65mg, Omega-6 50mg, Omega-7 150mg, Omega-9 90mg
Does not contain egg, milk, peanut, corn, soy, tree nuts, animal products, gluten, lactose or artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

Directions

Adults and children over 12 years –

For general health and wellbeing, skin health and antioxidant support: Take 1-2 capsules, twice daily, with food.

To relieve dry eyes: Take 2 capsules, twice daily, with food.
