Description
Marrook Farm is the family farm of David Marks and Heidi Faulding in the mountains of Mid-Nth coast of NSW.
They have been certified Demeter Biodynamic since 1985 and have been regarded highly for the quality and integrity of their yoghurts and cheese from their 60 or so red and white Ayrshire cows otherwise known as ‘Aussie Reds’.
Kefir is a fermented milk drink full of ‘gut – friendly micro – organisms’ made from Demeter Biodynamic UnHomogenised skimmed milk hand made at Marrook Farm.
