Description
Daikon Radish is known as the “great root” and has long been one of Japan’s most prized vegetables. The whole Daikon is washed and slowly sun-dried, then pickled with rice bran and sea salt. Through the drying process the nutritional value, umamai flavour and savoriness doubles.
