Helps relieve the symptoms of stress and mild anxiety, and reduce nervous tension
Ingredients
Each 5mL contains liquid extracts:
St. John’s Wort herb top flowering, Hypericum perforatum 625 micro litres, equiv. dry 625mg, Lemon Balm leaf, Melissa officinalis 750 micro liters, equiv. dry 750mg, Passion Flower leaf, Passiflora incarnate 625 micro litres, equiv. dry 625mg
Also contains water, ethanol, glycerol and peppermint essential oil
How to use
Adults
2-5mL three times daily
Shake bottle well before use. Can be diluted with water, fruit juice or other fluids if necessary and consumed immediately.
Directions
Duration of use
Ideally used in treatment courses of 6-8 weeks with significant breaks between active treatments. If symptoms persist, talk to your healthcare practitioner
Interactions
St John’s Wort may affect the way some prescription medicines work. Possible interactions with anti-anxiety medications, seizure medications, antihistamines, bronchodilators, muscle relaxants and/or opiates, anticancer medications, blood thinners, antidepressant medications (e.g. selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRI)), anti-HIV agents, cardiovascular medications, immunosuppressant’s, and/or contraceptive medications. Talk to a healthcare practitioner before starting therapy if the patient is taking medications for the stated conditions
