Description
Furikake is a dry Japanese condiment that is sprinkled on top of cooked rice, vegetables, and fish, or used as an ingredient in onigiri. It typically consists of a mixture of dried fish, sesame seeds, nori flakes, sugar and salt. The Spiral range of furikake consists of four distinct varieties Aosa, Tamari, Umeboshi and Yuzu. Sprinkle it on rice, grilled fish, meats, sauteed vegetables, salads or stir fries. Yuzu has a wonderfully distinct floral citrus flavour, try it when you want to add a pop of flavour.

Directions
Yuzu has a wonderfully distinct floral citrus flavour. This furikake is great sprinkled on sautéed vegetables, grilled fish or meats, stir-fries, soups and rice or any dish you’d like to add an extra pop of flavour.
