Honest to Goodness organic ghee is handcrafted in small batches using the finest grass fed milk produced by Australian cows.
Ghee, also known clarified butter, is butter that has been heated to remove all the milk solids, leaving behind an oil that is more flavourful, easily digestible, and has a much higher smoke point.
Ghee is a staple in Indian cuisine, commonly used in place of oils and butter for curries, frying, baking and roasting. It has a high smoke point of 240°c.
Ghee does not require refrigeration and can be stored at room temperature.
