Description
Miso is created by the natural fermentation of whole soybeans and grain. Shiro miso is made with soybeans and white rice koji that is fermented and aged for 2-6 weeks. Mild and slightly sweet miso.
Ingredients:
Rice (34%), water, whole soybeans, sea salt, sweet potato syrup, alcohol (sugar cane)(2%), koji spores.
