The medium fruit and vegetable box is packed with a good balance of certified organic veggies and fruit and includes some extra seasonal produce. Suitable for a family of 3-4 people.
A typical medium box contains below:
Potatoes, Sweet Potato, Brown Onions, Pumpkin, Red Beetroot, Carrots, Spinach, Salad mix or Lettuce, Mushrooms, Tomatoes, Cucumber, Zucchini, Green Beans, Broccoli, Cabbage, Cauliflower, Avocado, Bananas, Oranges, Peaches, Apricots and Apples.

Can I swap items from my box?
You have the option to exclude up to 3 items from your box and we will replace to the same value with something else. Please let us know your 3 preferences in the ‘Order Notes’ section at the checkout. Replacing items with your favourites is not guaranteed, but we will do our best.
You can also add extra items at an additional cost to this box.
For example, ginger, coriander, parsley, turmeric, garlic etc. Use the search bar at the top left side corner to find your extras.
Do you need a weekly order?
Weekly orders are easy as 1,2,3. All our weekly subscription options are none contractual and you can cancel anytime. If you choose a subscription option there will be a recurring payment weekly from your nominated credit card. If you wish to purchase one time only please select the ‘once off’ option.
No Pesticides:
In organic farming there are no toxic fertilisers, pesticides or herbicides used on the farm, making organic produce clean and better for your health.
Non-GMO
No harmful genetically modified organisms are used in organic farming.
More Nutrition
Studies show organically grown food can contain 2-3 times more nutrition than conventional produce. This is because organic farmers put effort into nourising the soil which produces plants with more nutrition.
