Organic Dark Chocolate Macadamias.
We use Wodonga Park Organic Macadamia Nuts in our chocolate coated and raw products. Wodonga Park is located in the cool sub-tropical climate of south-east Queensland, therefore it is the ideal environment for growing macadamias.
They believe that only through a healthy environment will soil and plants flourish. Using bio-dynamic farming practices, they are ensuring that no chemicals contaminate their products – from the soil through to the processing.
