Some ideas include: gluten and dairy free carrot cake, banana cake, apple cake and zucchini cake. The possibilities are endless and the recipes are easy – simply toss in the mix and add your extras.
Ingredients:
Gluten free flour mix (corn starch, rice flour, maltodextrin, tapioca starch), brown sugar, thickeners (non GMO modified corn starch, xanthan gum, cellulose gum), raising agents (non-aluminium) (sodium bicarbonate, sodium acid, pyrophosphate, dicalcium phosphate dihydrate), vegetable emulsifiers (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), polyglycerol esters of fatty acids), natural vanilla flavour, iodised salt, colour (caramelised sugar), spice (cinnamon), stevia.
